In 2023, B&B Progetti reached a pivotal moment in its growth journey. Although already recognized as a solid and established player in the fields of construction engineering and architecture, the company faced a significant challenge: clearly and consistently communicating its value and its ability to integrate architectural and engineering expertise in a constantly evolving market. The primary objective was to realign the brand with the true value of its identity, highlighting its distinctive strengths — including an advanced approach to Total Cost Management and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

The rebranding project, supported by in-depth strategic and stylistic analysis, involved every aspect of corporate communication: from the corporate identity to experiential content such as photography and video, and through to case studies — all with the aim of positioning B&B Progetti as a multidisciplinary firm that combines technological innovation with sustainability.

The client

B&B Progetti is an Italian engineering and architecture firm founded in 2009 by Architect and Engineer Giampiero Brioni. The company stands out for its approach based on Total Cost Management (TCM), Project Management and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Thanks to an advanced methodology and the expertise of a young and dynamic multidisciplinary team of around 40 professionals specialized in design, project management and construction management — operating from offices in Milan, Pescara and Turin — B&B Progetti has achieved steady growth in recent years, becoming a benchmark in the Italian construction landscape.

B&B Progetti’s portfolio includes major projects in both the public and private sectors, enabling the firm to reaffirm its identity and attract new opportunities, both in terms of clients and collaborators.

The challenge

The main challenge addressed during the rebranding of B&B Progetti was to integrate and harmonize its different areas of expertise, balancing the stylistic standards of architecture with those of engineering through a distinctive, coherent and effective communication approach, strongly aligned with the company’s personality. Clearly representing the breadth and depth of its innovative technical know-how required a repositioning that delivered a fresher and more contemporary corporate image — one capable of overcoming the outdated perception of a firm tied to past references and instead aligning communication with its true values and clients’ expectations.

Another key objective was to strengthen brand awareness and highlight the firm’s distinctive expertise in Project and Construction Management, a flagship area for B&B Progetti, aligning it with the strong reputation of leading team members such as Giampiero Brioni and his closest collaborators, and communicating their authority and leadership within the sector.
