The importance of staying true to the brand’s value promise — even in the development of an e-commerce platform — to transform a positive purchasing experience into a lasting relationship.
Offering design furniture and home accessories at competitive prices, while guaranteeing reliability, punctuality and fast delivery of a wide range of in-stock products. This is the positioning promise that guided the design and development of the platform we created for Konte Design.
Selling online is not just about building a technically flawless shop; it also means aligning the platform with a clear strategic positioning in order to engage the right audience in a relationship designed to last over time — through a narrative consistent with their tastes, needs and aspirations.
This involves designing a rewarding user experience and an effective funnel, ensuring proper visibility for flagship products, creating a visually appealing and welcoming sales environment, and providing simple, intuitive navigation paths that users perceive as natural — guiding them through the brand’s customer value proposition all the way to the post-order thank you page.
That is why, in the project developed for Konte Design, we did not simply build an online sales tool, but rather transformed the name of an e-commerce into a true digital brand.
When he first came to our offices with the Konte Design project in his pocket, the client already knew both us and the world of furniture and online sales of interior design products. His first venture, Fashion Commerce, had been an e-commerce store within the Amazon marketplace, whose launch had been handled by Zaki. The excellent results achieved in that initial experience led him to turn to our agency once again to create a proprietary e-commerce platform, still dedicated to online furniture sales, but with a slightly different positioning.
The main challenge was to combine the commercial and technical requirements of an online sales platform — the expression of an almost unknown brand — while remaining credible in a market already dominated by much larger, well-established competitors.
Objectives
We started with a defined brief and an existing brand identity. Based on these elements, we developed a design furniture e-commerce platform that fully expressed the brand’s value promise, equipped with all the functional, structural and stylistic components required to ensure strong performance in terms of number of products sold, user experience, sales funnel effectiveness, fast page loading speed, reduced cart abandonment rate, customer retention, review tracking and feed integration with major marketplaces.
In addition to the online shop, we worked on the customized implementation of our Zaki DEM tool, enabling the client to independently manage direct email marketing campaigns. The project finally focused on web marketing campaigns, specifically in terms of art direction management.
Whether it’s well established or still to be built,
we work on the best communication for your brand.
